Our purpose.
Our purpose is to help you realise your purpose.
Pluri means ‘many’ - as in ‘plural’ or ‘pluripotent’ (many potentials).
“I love the idea that a person, or organisation, has the potential to be many things. Like a pluripotent stem cell, the real impact is only realised when it multiplies into the very thing it was created for.
Pluri was established in 2021 to identify and increase the impact of organisations with life-giving purposes and missions.
We want to work with people who, deep down, know that living for a purpose is the best kind of living there is. Through donor advisory, impact measurement and strategic planning, we work with funders and those they fund to help clarify, articulate, action and amplify their vision and mission.”
- Nicola Gibbs, Founder & Managing Director

Our philosophy •
It's a justice issue.
We will spend approximately 90,000 hours at work.
So we better make it count - for ourselves, for our staff and volunteers, and for the people we serve and support.
Pluri applies best-practice impact measurement to the strategy development process.
So you know that you are making real progress toward your purpose.
Our people.
